Nebula specializes in providing architectural services for small to large scale mixed-use, multifamily residential, cultural, and commercial development projects.  The principal, Samuel Lee was born in Queens, raised in both New York City and New Jersey, and lived in NYCHA housing.  He is passionate about affordable housing and has over 10 years of experience working in A/E firms across NYC.  He is a registered architect in NY and NJ, and holds a Bachelor's Degree of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology.
